This place is one of our favorites since we heard about it. We've come here about three times and we have just enjoyed our experience. The food is amazing. The service is outstanding and the ambience is excellent. This is our new favorite hangout.
The Creek is a fave for locals in the south of Cave Creek. The menu has something for everyone. There are so many choices. Bang Bang shrimp is the app that no one can pass up; you'll see it on every table. Salads, sliders, shrimp, steak, lamb... there are multiple ways to eat all of these. I enjoyed my filet sliders so much for dinner that I had them again the next day at brunch! And bang bang shrimp, again. Oh, and the desert mule cocktail... again. (I have a nostalgic love for their cocktails because during Covid they would fill mason jars to-go. I pre-ordered and pulled up to get curbside cocktails. It's one of the good memories of Covid). The Creek is beautiful inside, and the weather is beautiful on the patio. It's a great place to meet friends and coworkers. The name is fitting because it's a local staple that I hope to stay around forever. Follow @msbusyblonde on Instagram
Wonderful place! Unsuspecting quality, size, and atmosphere from a restaurant located in a corner strip mall... However, once you've arrived at the location, you'll be pleasantly surprised by ambiance, extensive menu, and very attentive friendly service. There is plenty of seating on the patio & inside. They have a large pizza oven display, producing tasty pizzas with almost the perfect crust. Pro Tip: Order the fillet mignon sliders, you can thank me later... Provecho!!
Me and my wife came here with another couple and it was packed. It was a Friday but the hostess said about 30 to 45. No problem and we actually got seated in about 20 mins which was great. The place looked great and all the food smelled amazing. We all sat down and we all ordered something different . Service was spot on our server was awesome his name was Luke. Our food came out in a timely manner and all of our dishes where delicious . We can't wait to come back and try some other dishes. Finally a great restaurant
Went here for a friends birthday with a large group. Made reservations and week in advance. I felt really bad for the server as he had other tables plus our group of 13 so things were not as quick as I would have thought. Food was coming out at different times and because we were eating outside we didn't want to wait for all the food to be served so people were finishing dinner at all different times. The food was yummy no complaints. Really enjoyed the Christmas cocktails for their "pop up" bar. Something to make sure you know; if you are going for the Christmas pop up ambiance it's only in a small portion of the restaurant. Something make sure you let them know that you want to be seated in the Christmas pop up area.
The stars are for the tots alone. The tater tots here are so good. The ranch is so so good too. The BBLT sandwich was good. My husband had the chicken Caesar wrap and he thought it was ok. My son got the kids tenders and he liked them as well. Our server was excellent and very attentive. The music was on but not too loud. Overall good experience. We will be back.
Best restaurant in Cave Creek. We recommend everything on the menu, you can't go wrong.
Good morning Yelpers.. After a lovely lunch I wanted a slice of cheese cake and came upon The Creek Patio Grill. Lovely place and atmosphere. Great customer service and a lovely slice of cheese cake washed down with a cup of milk. In due time; I will make my way back there and try their food..but until then, it's a must try spot. Even for a cocktail..I had a Hennessy after that cheesecake..lol
The restaurant itself was pretty cool ... with several nicely decorated rooms. The pizza chef was on his own within an enclosed glass area. The bar area was cool too. I loved the stylizing of the restaurant. Our server, Riley, was great. Yet the food itself was not great, aside from the Buffalo Chicken tots which were tasty. The Lamb Chops were just okay and the Drunken Shrimp was quite bland even though the description made it sound wonderful. The toasted bread that came with the shrimp dish was super dry and hard so the server took it back to get more but the next batch was the same and she said that they pre-toasted everything in the morning. So I asked for plain bread and she offered garlic bread. This place seems to have a lot of potential mainly because it is so cool inside but the rest just didn't measure up.
